1. ICT will provide subscription based services to the Purohit for creating Purohit's Home page based on the information given by the Purohit
2. ICT will not check the authenticity of the information given by Purohit
3. Login credentials provided by Purohit only will be created
4. On successful creation, testing and handing over of Home Page by ICT to Purohit, only authorized purohit will be the custodian of the Home page to use and modify it
5. The Home page created and any other applications developed will solely remain as the intellectual property of ICT. Purohits can only use these applications developed by ICT
