Terms & Conditions

• 1. ICT will provide subscription based services as mentioned in the T&C in the Home page of onlinebhajagovindam.com to the Service Provider for creating a basic Home page for improving its visibility globally based on the authentic information given by Service Provider
• 2. ICT will not check the authenticity of the information given by Service Provider
• 3. Login credentials of only authorized persons shared by Service Provider will be created
• 4. On successful creation, testing and handing over of Home page by ICT to Service Provider, only Service Provider's authorized persons will be the custodian of the Home page to use and modify
• 5. If anyone is interested in availing any of the services provided based on the information provided by Service Provider, he/she will be provided the Service Provider's contact details to directly avail the required services from the Service Provider. Service Provider's home page on onlinebhajagovindam will not have the facility for any type of transactions booking /refund of any services offered by the respective Service Provider. The said Service Provider?s policies are to be followed for the same. Onlinebhajagovindam will not be responsible for these activities.
• 6. The Home page and any other applications developed will solely remain as the intellectual property of ICT. Service Providers can only use these applications developed by ICT as long they are availing onlinebhajagovindam subscription based services mentioned above.
