ii. Services availed by web users from our clients namely Temples, Purohits, Vendors and Service providers: It will be as per the Return and Refund policy of the respective client. www.onlinebhajagovindam.com Return and Refund policy will not be applicable.

iii. In case of return of any product, our client will directly return the product to the customer

iv. In case of Refund, www.onlinebhajagovindam.com will initiate refund only based on the instructions of our clients following their Return and Refund policy.

6.2 Prohits

i. Purohit Registration on www.onlinebhajagovindam.com: It is Free and hence Return and Refund policy is not Applicable. Purohits can cancel their registration anytime they wish under intimation to www.onlinebhajagovindam

ii. Purohit Home page on www.onlinebhajagovindam.com: It is on a monthly subscription of Rs 100. If any Purohits wishes to cancel his/her Home page after paying the current month's subscription of Rs 100, the same will be refunded in 3 days time from the date of his/her intimation in this regards to www.onlinebhajagovindam.

iii. Services offered by Purohits to his/her clients will be as per the Return and Refund policy of the respective purohit. www.onlinebhajagovindam.com Return and Refund policy will not be applicable.

iv. In case of Cancellation of any purohits services to his/her clients, www.onlinebhajagovindam.com will initiate refund only based on the instructions of the respective purohit following his/her Return and Refund policy.

6.3 Temples

i. Temple Registration on www.onlinebhajagovindam.com: It is Free and hence Return and Refund policy is not Applicable. Temples can cancel their registration anytime they wish under intimation to www.onlinebhajagovindam

ii. Temple Home page on www.onlinebhajagovindam.com: It is on a subscription basis of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months with full advance payment at the time of purchasing the webpage. The cancellation charges will be as follows:

a. For 3 months package (Basic, Professional and Advanced): If any temple wishes to cancel their Home page after paying the subscription within 15 days of purchase, the same will be refunded in 3 days time from the date of its intimation to www.onlinebhajagovindam. For more than 15 days of use, there will be no refund

b. For 6 and 12 months packages (Basic, Professional and Advanced): If any temple wishes to cancel their Home page after paying the prevailing subscription within 30 days of purchase, the same will be refunded in 3 days time from the date of its intimation to www.onlinebhajagovindam. If cancelled after 30 days of use, there will be no refund

iii. Temple Service Modules on www.onlinebhajagovindam.com: It is on a subscription basis of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months with full advance payment at the time of purchasing the webpage. The cancellation charges will be as follows:

c. Asset Module, Purchase Module, Finance & Accounts Module and Employee attendance and salary: For 3 Month's package: If any temple wishes to cancel any of the above Service modules after paying the subscription within 15 days of purchase, the same will be refunded in 3 days time from the date of its intimation to www.onlinebhajagovindam. For more than 15 days of use, there will be no refund

d. Asset Module, Purchase Module, Finance & Accounts Module and Employee attendance and salary For 6 and 12 months packages: If any temple wishes to cancel any of the above Service modules after paying the subscription within 30 days of purchase, the same will be refunded in 3 days time from the date of its intimation to www.onlinebhajagovindam. If cancelled after 30 days of use, there will be no refund

e. Operation & Maintenance Module and Vehicle parking & 'Q' management modules: This will depend on the scope of work and scope of supply of both hardware and application software to be developed. Hence it will be discussed and decided on a case to base basis while finalizing the order with the temple.

v. Services offered by Temples to their clients will be as per the Return and Refund policy of the respective Temple. www.onlinebhajagovindam.com Return and Refund policy will not be applicable.

vi. In case of Cancellation of any Temple services to their clients, www.onlinebhajagovindam.com will initiate refund only based on the instructions of the respective temple following temple's Return and Refund policy.

i. Vendor Registration on www.onlinebhajagovindam.com: It is one time registration with Rs 500 + 18 % GST. This is Non-refundable

ii. Products purchased by onlinebhajagovindam web users from our Vendors: It will be as per the Return and Refund policy of the respective vendor. www.onlinebhajagovindam.com Return and Refund policy will not be applicable.

iii. In case of return of any product, our vendor will directly return the product to our web user

iv. In case of Refund, www.onlinebhajagovindam.com will initiate refund only based on the instructions of our vendor following vendor's Return and Refund policy.

6.5 Service Providers

i. Service provider's Registration on www.onlinebhajagovindam.com: It is one time registration with Rs 500 + 18 % GST. This is Non-refundable
