About Seva

1. Role of OnlineBhajagovindam

OnlineBhajagovindam (“OB”) functions solely as a digital facilitation platform enabling devotees and donors to connect with temples and associated trusts for seva participation and voluntary donations. OB is not a religious trust or charitable institution and does not receive, retain, or administer donation or seva amounts belonging to temples.

2. Seva Booking Model

For seva bookings made through OB:

• Devotees pay a separate non refundable platform facilitation fee (7.5% of temple's seva rate)  to OB for digital listing, communication, and booking support services. It is additional and not a part of donation amount. 

• The actual seva amount is paid directly to the respective temple or trust through payment methods declared by the temple (Razorpay, UPI, NEFT, bank transfer, cheque, or other approved modes).

OB does not collect or hold temple seva funds.

3. Donation Facilitation Model

For donations made via OB:

• OB charges a nominal platform facilitation fee (7.5% of donaition amount) for providing digital access and communication services.

• The donation amount is paid directly by the donor to the respective temple or trust using officially provided payment details.

OB does not collect, pool, or transfer donations.

4. Direct Payment to Trust

Donations to Maapalle Educational Cultural & Agricultural Trust shall be made directly to its official bank account or payment channels:

5. Seva and Donation Receipts

All seva and donation receipts, acknowledgments, and tax certificates (if applicable) shall be issued solely by the respective temple or trust. OB does not issue seva or donation receipts.

6. Compliance Responsibility

The temple or trust is solely responsible for legal compliance, accounting, taxation, audits, and FCRA regulations (if applicable). OB acts only as a technology service provider.

7. No Agency Relationship

OB shall not be construed as a trustee, financial custodian, or authority responsible for utilization of donation funds. All religious and financial responsibilities rest exclusively with the respective temple or trust.
